Three steps. One number that has to match.

01

Upload the PDF

Any US bank or credit card statement: Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Amex, credit unions, and scanned copies too.

02

We extract and check it

Every transaction is pulled out, then checked: opening balance + transactions must equal the closing balance.

03

Download and import

Excel, CSV, or QuickBooks-ready CSV. Rows that don't add up are flagged so you know exactly where to look.

Questions

Do you store my statements?
No. Your PDF is processed in memory and discarded as soon as the conversion finishes. We keep only a usage record (page count and date) for billing.
How accurate is it?
Every conversion is checked against the statement's own opening and closing balances. When the numbers tie out you'll see a green Reconciled badge. When they don't, we show the difference and highlight the rows to review.
What counts as a page?
One page of the PDF you upload. A 6-page statement uses 6 credits. If a conversion fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
Which formats can I export?
Excel (.xlsx) with a summary sheet, a standard CSV with debit/credit columns, and a 3-column CSV that QuickBooks Online imports directly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Plan & billing in the app. Your plan and its pages stay active until the end of the billing period. Pay-as-you-go pages never expire.
